Akyman does not offer refunds or returns on mPOS terminals or accessories.

Akyman accepts direct payments for all goods and services either by Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard & Bank Card), American Express, Dinners and Direct Deposits. *Cheques must clear before goods are dispatched (7days).

This fully secured and eCommerce enabled web site is capable of taking and processing your Akyman order anytime of the day safely, securely and quickly.
Akyman uses the Westpac Banking Corporation's security capabilities with respect to transmitting credit card information over the web to complete an order. All transactions are processed through 128bit (or higher) SSL encryption and meet AIS/SDP (PCIDSS) security capabilities.

Akyman offers both a short and long term rental program for our mPOS terminals for merchants who would like to keep their mPOS payments 'off balance sheet'. All mPOS rental customers must be approved Akyman merchants in order to activate an mPOS device. Application not required for any non-mPOS rentals. Anyone interested in our rental programs should choose the product they are interested in and select Rental from the product bar to download the appropriate rental agreement. Long term rentals run for 3, 4 or 5 years.

Akyman is happy to work with your own finance provider to pay for your Akyman equipment. Simply get approved by your preferred finacial supplier for the total invoce amount and get them to contact Akyman for payment completion.
